Cancellation Policy
Studio Cancellation & Closure Policy (Glassblowing + All Experiences)
Cancellations or closures for all Blackstone River Glass Center classes, experiences, and rentals will be announced via email and posted on our website and social media.
We are often open during typical New England weather conditions, including rain, snow, wind, and cold temperatures. Operating status decisions are generally made the day of based on instructor availability, safety conditions, and studio operations.
Rescheduling & Refunds
ONLY sessions cancelled by Blackstone River Glass Center will be eligible to be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.
All pre-purchased classes, private events, group experiences, and rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable for cash refund.
If you are unable to attend due to weather, road conditions, travel issues, schedule conflicts, illness, or any reason not listed above, you will not receive a refund.
Studio Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class, rental, or booking at our discretion for reasons including (but not limited to):
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Equipment issues (furnace/kiln/torch or power failure)
- Unsafe studio conditions
- Low enrollment or scheduling conflicts
- Any unforeseen operational circumstance
If we cancel your session, your booking will be refunded or transferred to another date, depending on your preference and availability.
Wrong Purchase Policy
Refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be given if you purchase the wrong product, including booking the wrong date, time, studio, or project option.
